Purchasing a domain

Please read carefully all information for each domain before purchasing or making an offer.

Sale is of domains only unless otherwise indicated. Vast majority of our domains are being developed, so if you are interested in a website along with the domain, please feel free in inquiring. However, assume no site unless explicitly indicated.

Domains with a price indicated can be purchased online via Buy Now link (processed by PayPal.)

Domains without a price invite offers via form provided.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made so please be absolutely certain about your purchase!

NO SALES ARE FINAL UNTIL BOTH BUYER AND SELLER AGREE TO PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT.

LISTING OF DOMAIN DOES NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY. DOMAINS MAY BE LISTED ON OTHER LISTING VENUES AT THE SAME. IF YOU PAY VIA BUY NOW BUTTON AND DOMAIN HAS BEEN SOLD TO ANOTHER PARTY BEFORE TIME OF YOUR PAYMENT, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT. SO TIMING IS VERY IMPORTANT.

Payment for domains

We accept PayPal for most payments and purchases via the Buy Now button. However, at our discretion we reserve the right to request payment via Bank Deposit or Escrow. This will be determined when a negotiated price has been agreed to by both parties.

Transfer of ownership of domains

Domains will only be transferred once full payment has been made in cleared funds. All costs involved in the Change of Registrant are the responsibility of the purchaser. Registrar transfer normally takes about 5 days to complete.

In order to guarantee timely transfer of ownership you must provide all pertinent and accurate info. Any incomplete information may result in unnecessary delay.

Refunds and Disputes

Once the domains are secured in the account of the buyer (in their control), under no circumstances shall a refund be issued.
